AS-Schneider 5-Valve Manifolds

ABOUT THIS PRODUCT

AS-Schneider 5-Valve Manifolds are engineered to meet the needs required in the harsh environments found in Oil and Gas applications. Designed for direct mount applications in either Pipe-to-Flange and Flange-to-Flange from carbon or stainless steel. All flange connections are in accordance with DIN EN 61518 / IEC 61518. All manifolds are installed with the standard 1/4″ NPT vent. Pipe plugs are included but not installed. Available in T-Style and H-Style configuration.

PRODUCT DETAILS

• Equalize and Vent Valves – 0.138″ (3.5 mm)
• 5-valve manifold
• Straight type 3/8″ bore size on isolated valves
• ETFE x POM 2000/3000psi rated seal material- isolate valves/equalize vent valves

The process of instrument connection is fully roddable due to the Cone Design Valve Seat of the Isolate Valves.

• 1X: (4) 1″ CS bolts, (4) 2 1/4″ CS bolts -> new addition, (4) SS washers, (2) PTFE seal rings
• S: Universal Mounting MSS SP-99 / IEC 61518

H5S-SPA-2X

• 316 stainless steel body material
• FEPM/AFLAS Dual O-ring stem seal
• 2X: stainless steel hex head bolts 7/16-20 UNF x (4) 1” and (4) 2 1/4″ lg, (4) washers, (2) seal ring in PTFE, Teflon Flange Seals

T-STYLE (FLANGE X PIPE)

• Carbon steel body material
• O-Ring FKM stem seal packing
