The Orbit platform allows common user experiences and operation in licensed and unlicensed spectrums as well as cellular and Wi-Fi in a single or dual radio unit.

GE MDS Orbit Series Radios offer diverse radio technology options. Orbit MCR Standard can have a combination of two radios, one or two WAN-Radios, or one WAN-Radio plus Wi-Fi. Orbit MCR High Port Density doubles the amount of ethernet and serial connections and the option of one WAN-Radio or one WAN-Radio plus Wi-ft. Orbit ECR has a single ethernet and serial connection with the option of one WAN-Radio or one WAN-Radio plus Wi-Fi.
